Shipping & Delivery Terms

Delivery Service Provider 

We use PostNord for all our EU deliveries and Postnord / FEDEX / UPS for international deliveries. If the package fits your mailbox, it might be delivered directly there. If this is not the case, your package will be sent to the nearest pick-up point and you will be able to pick it up there.

Delivery Time

We process your order upon receipt Monday-Friday 9.00-17.00 (CET) with 2-4 days delivery time within Sweden (PostNord 1:a klassbrev) . 

For international shipments within EU, please count with 4-8 days depending on the destination (* due to an extraordinary situation with up to 15 working days) , outside of EU with 5-10 days.

Undelivered parcels

If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to us.

Import duties, customs & taxes

We ship all orders from the Sweden (EU) with Incoterms 2010: DAP, therefore taxes and fees may apply if you place an order to a country outside the EU. We always recommend checking with the local customs office for more information.

Product prices for our orders outside of the EU (except for Norway* and UK**) do not include VAT. As the recipient you are in this case liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are having your parcel shipped to. Payment of these will be due at the point of delivery or after delivery. We are unable to advise you of the amount that will have to be paid, please contact your local tax office prior to placing your order to ensure that you are aware of the total cost for your order. 

*Norway: From 1 April 2020, all online marketplaces and online shops selling to Norway are obliged to collect 25% Norwegian VAT on low-value goods (below NOK 3,000 per item, excluding shipping and insurance costs) and be registered in the Norwegian Tax Administration's VOEC register. 

**UK: 0% rated according to VAT notice 714.

Please note: Silly Silas is not liable for these charges and will therefore not be reimbursed or refunded.  In certain regions you may need to produce additional documents in order to clear customs. Please contact your local post office to clarify if and what is needed. 


Your order is normally processed within 24h of receipt and we are working hard at keeping any delays to a minimum.
