Where can I buy Silly Silas?
You can buy our tights directly at our official website (www.sillysilas.com) or at any of our official stockists worldwide. You can find the full list of them at the Stockists section of our website here.
Please always purchase from our official stockist to make sure you receive a genuine Silly Silas product.
What size should I pick for my child?The sizes of the tights are a bit bigger than what is common in other clothing items. This is why we always recommend to follow the age reference instead of the size. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any questions!

When will you restock my child's size?
We regularly restock our sold out models so if you do not find your preferred model, please send us an email at hello@sillysilas.com to request an update.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping depends on the weight of your order and where it is shipping. The simplest way to calculate the cost is to put the product(s) in the cart and fill in your information and it will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change my order?
Orders that have been placed can unfortunately not be changed. If you’ve changed your mind you can cancel your order by writing us an email at hello@sillysilas.com before it’s been shipped and simply make a new order of your preferred item.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, just fill in the shipping information of your receiver in the ship to section and please write that it’s a gift in the Special instruction of seller field along with any additional message for the receiver.
Why haven’t I gotten an email order confirmation?
Check your spam folder, it’s possible the email confirmation ended up there.
Can I order outside the EU?
We ship to a number of countries outside of the EU. If your country is not an option in the check out section then please visit our list of stockists here to find an option to purchase locally or through any of our retailers with worldwide shipping.
Deliveries
When will I get my package?
We process your order upon receipt Monday-Friday 9.00-17.00 (CET) with 2-4 days delivery time within Sweden (PostNord 1:a klassbrev) .
For international shipments within EU, please count with 4-8 days depending on the destination (* due to the current COVID-19 situation with up to 15 working days) , outside of EU with 5-10 days (* due to the current COVID-19 situation with up to 20 working days).

Can I do a pick up instead?
Available only in Stockholm.: You can choose the pick up option in the checkout and pick up from our showroom at Upplandsgatan 41 in Stockholm Mon-Fri 9-16.
Where is my package?
After your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
EU: Packages within the EU are sent with PostNord. You can track your order with the tracking number on their site or in their app. Note: PostNord tracking only shows when it’s left Sweden and when it has arrived in the country of destination.
Outside the EU: we ship with UPS, Fedex or Postnord. Please track your package on their website or app.

What payment options do I have?
You can either do an Express checkout with Paypal or Google pay or continue filling in your information to choose your preferred payment method. We offer different payment providers depending on where you are in the world (Credit cards, Debit cards, Pay later options and local payment providers).

How do I care for my Silly Silas?
GENTLE MACHINE WASH UP TO 40°C / DO NOT BLEACH / DO NOT TUMBLE DRY / DO NOT IRON / DO NOT DRY CLEAN
Care guide Footed, Footless and Shorty tights: After washing recommendation: Hold the organic cotton braces in the palm of your hand and gently comb them to straighten the cotton fibres.
Care guide Teddy Warmy tights: We recommend a gentle wash before FIRST USE. The Teddy Warmy tights are made from the softest organic cotton that gets stronger with every wash.
How do you correctly wear Silly Silas tights?
It is important that your little one always wears the tights with braces in the correct way (as shown in the pictures below) - with one brace securely placed on the left shoulder and the other brace on the right shoulder in order to avoid abrasions.
The braces are helping the little adventurers to freely move while playing and exploring the world and should be always used in the correct position.
This is not a sleepwear product, remember to not leave your child unattended when wearing tights with braces.

Our tights are manufactured in a traditional, small production in the heart of Europe, Czech Republic. Please read more about the production here.
