Where can I buy Silly Silas products?

You can buy our tights directly from our official website or through our authorized stockists worldwide. Check the full list in our Stockists section. Always buy from official stockists to ensure your Silly Silas products are genuine.

What size should I pick for my child?

Our tights run slightly larger than typical children’s clothing. Please follow the age guide below instead of the size label. Contact us if you have any questions!

Size guide

46–50 → 0–2 months

52–56 → 3–6 months

62–68 → 6–12 months

74–80 → 1–2 years

86–95 → 2–3 years

98–104 → 3-4 years

When will you restock my child’s size?

We regularly restock popular items. If your size is out of stock, email us at hello@sillysilas.com to request an update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel, email us at hello@sillysilas.com before it ships and place a new order.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! Enter the recipient’s shipping info at checkout and include a note in the “Special Instructions” field with any message for the recipient.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?

Check your spam folder. Sometimes order confirmations end up there.

Can I order outside the EU?

We ship to select countries outside the EU. If your country isn’t available at checkout, check our Stockists section to find local retailers with worldwide shipping.

DELIVERIES

When will I get my package?
  • Sweden: 2–4 days via PostNord (1st class)
  • EU: 4–8 days depending on destination (please allow up to 15 working days in case of delays due to high season or external factors)
  • Outside EU: 5–10 days (please allow up to 20 working days in case of delays due to high season or external factors)

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 (CET).

Can I pick up my order instead?

Pickup is available only in Stockholm at our showroom (Upplandsgatan 41). Choose the pickup option at checkout.

Where is my package?

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number:

  • EU: Track via PostNord, FedEx, or DHL
  • Outside EU: Track via Postnord, or FedEx

I bought the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

Care & Wear

How do I care for my Silly Silas tights?
  • Gentle machine wash up to 40°C
  • Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
Tip for Footed, Footless & Shorty Tights
  • After washing, gently straighten the cotton braces by hand to maintain softness.
Tip for Teddy Warmy & Granny Tights
  • Gentle wash before first use. The soft organic cotton becomes stronger with every wash.
How do I correctly wear the tights?

One brace on each shoulder, as shown in product photos

IMPORTANT: Not a sleepwear product — do not leave child unattended while wearing tights with braces
