Refund & Return Policy
We hope you love your Silly Silas pieces! But if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
How to Return an Item
To arrange your return, please email us at hello@sillysilas.com to request a Return Authorisation Number before sending anything back.
Once approved, please return your item to:

Please include the following in your parcel:
- Your Return Authorisation Number
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
- Your contact details (full name, email, and phone number)
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
When we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before the refund appears.
- If you still don’t see it, contact us at hello@sillysilas.com — we’ll be happy to help.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@sillysilas.com before returning the product.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was sent to the giver first, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Responsibility
You’re responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable service and shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
If your returned item isn’t received by us, we unfortunately can’t issue a refund or compensation.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged or replacement products may vary.
